郑州市海旭磨料有限公司成立于1999年，致力于为客户提供可靠的铬矿砂和铬矿粉。产品应用于钢铁行业，铸造行业，高温涂料，耐磨防腐等领域。海旭磨料于2018年开始从事南非铬矿砂的再加工和进出口业务。在连云港保税区内，建立了年产80000吨的铸造级铬矿砂生产线，对高品位南非铬铁矿砂进行清洗，磁选，筛分等处理，以适应铸造、玻璃制品、耐火材料的需求。公司生产的铬砂型号有AFS25-30 AFS25-35 AFS30-35 AFS30-40 AFS35-40 AFS40-45 AFS40-50 AFS45-50 AFS45-55 AFS50-55 AFS55-60和325目，200目铬矿砂细粉等。
南非铬矿砂是世界上高品位铬矿砂的主要产地，但由于当地制造水平，能源供应的限制，铬矿砂会由于处理不当产生粉尘多，粒度不均匀等情况。我司通过对铬铁矿砂进口再加工，清除铬矿砂的杂质，控制泥沙含量、硅含量和清洁度，对粒径分布严格控制，满足美国铸造协会AFS的质量和粒度要求，可实现很好的铸造效果。此外，产品的销售范围也辐射到周边国家，出口到韩国、日本、俄罗斯、东南亚的铬矿砂，可以直接从保税区出口，便于节省客户的成本。

Zhengzhou Haixu Abrasive Co., Ltd. was established in 1999, committed to providing customers with reliable chromite sand and chromite powder. The product is applied in the steel industry, casting industry, high-temperature coatings, wear-resistant and anti-corrosion fields. Haixu Abrasive started to engage in the reprocessing and import and export of South African chrome ore sand in 2018. Foundry grade chromite sand production line with an annual output of 80000 tons has been established in the Lianyungang Bonded Zone to clean, magnetically separate, and screen high-grade South African chromium iron ore to meet the needs of casting, glass products, and refractory materials. The Cr-sand Fineness include AFS25-30 AFS25-35 AFS30-35 AFS30-40 AFS35-40 AFS40-45 AFS40-50 AFS45-50 AFS45-55 AFS50-55 AFS55-60 and 325 mesh, 200 mesh chromite fine powder, etc.
South African chromite ore is the main producer of high-grade chromium ore in the world, but due to local manufacturing levels and energy supply limitations, chromium ore may produce dust and uneven particle size due to improper processing. Our company imports and reprocesses Ferro chromite sand to remove impurities, control sediment content, silicon content, and cleanliness, strictly control particle size distribution, meet the quality and particle size requirements of the American Foundry Association AFS, and achieve good casting results. In addition, the sales scope of the product also radiates to neighboring countries, exporting chromium ore to South Korea, Japan, Russia, and Southeast Asia, which can be directly exported from bonded zones to save costs for customers.
